2. Orders and payments

All orders are subject to availability and written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Full payment or a confirmed deposit is required before production begins on custom-made items. We accept credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.

Prices shown on our website are in euros and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but any price change will always be confirmed with you before your order is processed.

3. Custom-made items

Because all Curtain House products are made to your specific measurements and specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect. Please double-check all measurements before confirming your order — we provide a full measurement guide to help.

4. Delivery and installation

We offer delivery and installation across Ireland. Lead times and installation windows will be confirmed at the time of order. We will notify you as early as possible of any delays outside our control (e.g. fabric supply delays). Please ensure someone is available at the property during the agreed installation window.

5. Returns and refunds

Non-custom items (where applicable) may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty. To initiate a return or report a fault, contact us at [hello@curtainhouse.ie] with your order reference. Refunds on eligible items will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the return.

6. Warranty

All products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Full details are on our Warranty & Maintenance page.

7. Limitation of liability

Curtain House's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of enjoyment, or consequential damages. Product colours may vary slightly from website images due to screen calibration and fabric dye lot differences — we recommend ordering fabric samples before committing to large orders.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Irish GDPR obligations.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
